Our History

RAMP was founded by Michael Silverman, DMD, a renowned lecturer, educator, author, and advocate for patient rights. A firm believer in the importance of lifelong learning, he established DOCS Education in 1999–an institution devoted to educating dentists on the safe implementation of sedation in their practices.

However, his dissatisfaction with marketing agencies lacking dental expertise led him to establish RAMP in 2001. Through RAMP, Dr. Silverman aimed to assist fellow dentists in effectively reaching their target audiences and achieving outstanding results. Together with his team of savvy marketing experts, RAMP has helped thousands of success-minded dentists achieve their growth goals over the last 20 years.
